North / Central / South

I think if we had 3 locations for California it would be better. most people don't put what town they are from on their profile and when they post something like a road or area for example it is really guessing game to figure out where the heck they are talking about. cause they don't mention the town they are referring to. I think it would be better if we had a Central CA. forum for people in Sacramento , Bay area down to like Fresno. that's my two cents.

Canada has only two forums for the whole country.

Midwest and mountain states in USA have to share ONE.

In the past, Sacramento people have put [Sacramento] in the subject title. If hundreds of posts about Sacramento start appearing, the moderators may be convinced to add a new sub-forum.

For the Sac area, I've been using "NorCal East"

Nope, I don't want to lose friends from either zone. So there.

If you actually did separate North, Central, South, this is how I would break it down:

North: Oregon border to Gilroy
Central: Monterey to Buelton/Solvang
South: Solvang down to Mexican border

I've lived in "NorCal" my whole life, and I'm constantly learning about new roads in this area. I just Google it if I want to learn more. Google alleviates "wondering"

It gets more complicated when you factor in The State of Jefferson.
Several of my most memorable rides have been in southern Jefferson.

If we were only so lucky as Canada. We have to share ours with another whole country!

I think splitting it into three would be good, but Sacramento is definitely Northern CA, not Central.

I don't think there's enough traffic to warrant it.

I guess it just doesn't look like it's going to happen for now.

As an Irishman, how do you think I feel being lumped in with the UK?

I live in Napa, and don't see the need for a divide between Sac and SF.
