CX track in San Jose

Does anyone have anymore info on this project? I saw one race scheduled for Oct. http://norcal.cx/ I did drive by the spot and didnt see a "track" Would be very cool to have in this area. I posted this in the Racing forum as well hoping for any info I can get.

CX courses are temporary. I think what they've done is planned and mapped one out for that particular race. The course itself -- start/finish, barriers, sand, tape, pit areas -- will be put in place a day before or maybe even the morning of the event.

If you're planning to race it, it would be a good idea to ride over there and scope it out for yourself. Even if you're not planning to race, it'll still be a fun ride.


My mistake. Looks like it's intended to be permanent. That's awesome.
