So DiabloScott, how do we identify you? You don't happen to wear a "It's MY mountain" jersey, do you?

Well, I don't look anything like Claudia Schiffer.

Probably nobody gets the reference about MY mountain - it's a slight modification from a line in Braveheart:

Usually when somebody passes me that fast, it's because they saw my video camera and want to look good for my blog post; so they burn a match and then fade when they're out of screen.
LOL no idea you were filming! I wish I was fast, it actually looks faster on that video than what I remember when we were on the road. Got up there in just over 70 minutes, which is pretty good for me, now (I'm reaching the old age of FORTY really quick!). But yeah, had just enough light at the summit to get some crappy, grainy photos. Thanks to everyone else who posted since then, redeeming my crappy stuff. I actually don't think it looks that terrible up there. Apart from the manzanita and some trees, come next spring, things will probably look pretty good. Sunday I did a ride through Livermore, and it was actually hard to see the difference. That side always seems to look darker.

May have seen you then when I rode via North Gate on the 1st of September. I was keeping my eyes peeled for a Claudia lookalike which I unfortunately didn't see...
