Los Vaqueros Dam Time Trial in Brentwood on Mar 29th -- details inside
 

The 5th annual Los Vaqueros Dam Time Trial will be held March 29th in Brentwood, CA! No USAC license required.

Full course is open for practice this Saturday (the 22nd) from 9am-1pm. 3.5 mile paved time trial inside the north Los Vaqueros Watershed.

Entry fee is only $10 for adults, $5 for kids, and $5 each for groups of 3 or more. Please come out and support the event if you are able to.

This is a competitive, but low-key and family-friendly event. My wife and 2 older sons (11 and 8) are doing the event. Several of my friends also have their kids doing it, too.

The times are kind of screwed up because the last section loops back on itself very tightly and Strava sometimes can't tell if you just crossed the finish line or the section below it.
