This cracks me up, it looks like this guy got up to "The Wall" on Mt. Diablo early to stake out a good spot.
He looks so jazzed to see his hero Lance Oldtstrong powering to the top for the win.
Actually, I don't know the fellow. The picture just makes him look like he is my biggest fan.
I am sporting my spankin' new, finishers only, 20th Anniversary DMD Jersey. (2011 & 2012)

He looks like he is operating a camera remote. He planned a selfie with his hero!

I'm happy if I can get part way up The Wall, even more so if nobody is pointing and laughing.

Made plans to go watch Stage 3 of the Tour of California but that didn't materialized. So instead I went up Diablo where the wind wanted to play.

Spotted Bikeforum member @cccorlew in Port Costa as I got lost trying to find McEwen because of a road closure this morning. After I double back, I found it.
Always neat seeing forum members, even if its in passing.

Tricia told me if I checked BikeForums I'd find out who that cool looking cyclist was. Pretty cool to be a Bike Forums Recognized Rider™
We did the Scenic loop from Martinez. I'd remembered it as being longer, but it was less than 25 miles. What a beautiful day!.

Don't mince words
That's great!
Way to rock that jersey that you earned. LO for the win! Let LA's stuff fall where it may.
