Here's a simi-random photo
I'm sad this place has such little traffic these day. One of the other forums I visit has a "Photo of the day or whatever" thread.
I think we should too.
Here's the first

That's a lovely shot, Curtis.
This is Road 603 in Madera County. That speck on the far hill is my riding buddy Susan.

I hope this thread isn't just for photos of dropping your female riding companions.

Wish I had some cycling photos to share. Unfortunately I seem to spend more of my little free time doing photography than riding. My bike feels rusty or whatever a carbon steed feels when staying too long hanged in the garage.
I however enjoyed the few entries so far... as well as the comments.

Here you go then. As I said earlier not much cycling these days. I however got the bike out of its 4 month long hibernation for a couple of rides in the neighborhood.
First a photo from a recent romantic couple of days in Carmel, no bike was in sight but this thread is called 'random-photo' so I guess it fits.
And for a cycling touch here is the Garmin graph from my neighborhood ride which consists of climbing a few feet to my street summit that ends as a T section with a downhill to a cul-de-sac on each side. As you can see it's nothing but flat and riding the loop 10 times results in 2,150' of climbing in 14 miles.
When I saw the graph for the first time I found it very cynical as it exactly matches my yard saw profile. A stark reminder that I still have a lot of yard work to do.

Mt. Diablo Scenic Blvd at Blackhawk Road. This was our turnaround point late Friday afternoon on our 17-mile ride from the San Ramon Marriott to the base of Mt. Diablo. My riding partner is doing DMD in a few hours. I will be climbing The Mountain via South Gate Road, then exploring Norris Canyon Road.

Mt. Diablo x North Gate today with my new Reynolds/RaceRim carbon hoops with Schwalbe One Tubeless. If you were there this morning you probably heard my rear brakes squealing like a pig on the way down.
After some adjustments, figured out the rear didn't like any type of toe in.

Half way point, Berkeley Tennis Club. Started early today which may account for not seeing many riders but then the numbers picked up as I made my way back on Pinehurst and into Moraga.

Headed up the summit this morning. Was already warm and lots of riders out as well. Cross and headwinds made going up such a pleasant experience. Saw a cyclist paperboy it. Even passed 3 cyclist mashing it up the wall. *golf clap*

Yesterday's sunset ride to the summit.
Today's ride was on the XC to the summit and back down the single track.
Best part was actually meeting DiabloScott in person on the way up today.
