Medical emergency at the top of Pinehurst?

Medical emergency at the top of Pinehurst?
Has any one seen a fire truck with a cyclist on the ground at the top of Pinehurst yesterday Saturday the 6th around 2:00 p.m.?
There did not seem to be an accident/collision--hope everything is alright for the cyclist.
Later on I had two flats and ran out of c02 cartridge and my wife came to the rescue on Canyon road right before Moraga.
I also at the same time while trying to fix my flat saw a beautiful Ferrari that I am sure cost well over a million dollars, on a wet road in relatively crappy weather? https://www.artcurial.com/fr/asp/full...refno=10343569
