I been on the Bike Forums for awhile now, but was too lazy to log in here. I live in Federal Way. I ride about 50-60 miles a week with my 2 years old son in tow. I ride because I love food too much and don't want to go on a diet. Love vintage and steel.

From Seattle Wa, I'm a "Raw Rider" I just like to go, I don't wear bike gear, I am no poser, I love the wind in my face and the fire in my feet, I like the sweat in my face and the drum in my heart. I ride not because it makes me cool, but because I have to, I am driven and I don't care if the world ever sees me, my bike time is my time!

Another Seattle resident here. I'm stepping up how seriously I take cycling this summer, if you're a beginner (or two) and looking for someone to ride with, practice your paceline with, or just feel good about beating up a hill look me up.

Welcome to Bellingham...Now Get on Your Bike :-)
I'm commuting about 50mi/week. I've got two bikes: a Trek 820 with road tires; a Trek 3900 with saddle bags and I tow the trailer or tag-a-long with.

Anacortes, "Gateway to the San Juans"! My son and I take delivery this Saturday of our matching Catrike Pockets; ready and anxious to get under way and re-discover this great PNW from very low to the ground...

Peace

Corvallis, Oregon here.

Saw at least one other resident. This town is the bike-friendliest I have ever been in. So many ridiculous rides so close in.

Mid-Valley!

Well, this seems like as good a time as any to introduce myself. My girlfriend and I are hitting the road to Seattle next Monday, Aug. 10th, and should be arriving in your fair city by the 14th. We're going to live with relatives on Bainbridge for the short (hopefully really short) term, but will be living in the city proper once we're able to actually check out some apartments in person.

I enjoy commuting as much as possible on my Long Haul Trucker, going on 30-60 mile road rides w/ the occasional 80+ miler thrown in, and I love racing cross on my Raleigh Rx1. I raced my first season in the MABRA series in Maryland, DC, and VA last year. I'm really, really looking forward to the Seattle CX and MFG series, though I can't for the life of me figure out if there are pre-registrations for either series.

I do not, in fact, ride a Centurion, contrary to what my screenname might indicate. I sold it in preparation for the move. Three bikes are easier to move than four.

I hope to meet some of the Seattle folks on here and go riding.

Josh

I'm from Eagle, Idaho. I'm new to this message board and to road cycling. I started commuting to work to get in shape for my elk hunt this year and I have been bitten bad! I love this sport! I am logging approx 125/week in my commute.

I live in Sequim Washington which is 17 miles east of Port Angeles. Biking is a new activity for me and so I am learning as much as possible especially on how not to screw my body up while trying to improve my health.
