How do I get from Sumner or Enumclaw to Issaquah

So I want to pedal to Issaquah, trying to avoid shoulderless roads and the monkey suckers that drive on them. I work in Sumner (almost Auburn really) and I live on the Bonney lake-Enumclaw plateau.(More Bonney Lake) Are there any trails that run a fairly strait line maybe, starting at my door and ending at the Issaquah brewery:D

Interesting idea. What about:

Interurban Trail north to Longacres,
Surface roads through downtown Renton to state road 900 (Sunset)
Sunset to Renton-Issaquah Rd all the way to downtown Issaquah.

Have you taken a look at the King County Bicycling maps?

I'd kick it up close to the mountains. Look for ways to get to Veazie-Cumberland Rd, skirting the upper end of the Green River Valley. E.g. Buckley -> 'Claw -> 236SE -> 420th -> Veazie-Cumberland Rd -> 276th -> Issaquah-Hobart Rd. YMMV. Some of the roads out there are not only full of magnificent views, but also full of the rest of the county's tax dollars. Super smooth blacktop for miles and miles.
