So where abouts in England are you from? I moved out here from Suffolk back in '94. I love the NW and is certainly my home now.

The members of the wildlife forum I help moderate are pretty tired of the rain. It's one of our longest running threads, actually.
It is raining here, today.

Oh FOREVERMORE why do you people complain about a little rain Hey Easthill I found this thread. Katym glad to have you in Sumner. Is your group a new bunch? I haven't heard of the Lahar bicycle club. We are in downtown Sumner and my wife and I are pretty much recreational riders not hardcore gotta find a hill animals. We do most of our riding on the weekends or on Friday we will ride to Orting just to get the workweek stink off. Is your group real organized or relaxed? Anyway hopefully we will run into each other here in town or on the trail. If the weather ever cooperates. Who stole our August?

Lahar bicycle club
Well I wound not say we are hardcore hill monsters but we are not coffee shop types either,we are a fairly mixed bunch in both age and riding prowess, we do the bike trail most Thursdays and also some longer rides at the weekend, after most Thursday rides we go to our erstwhile leaders house, the starting point also, for beer, chips/pizza and talk horse sh-- for a while,we are averaging about 18mph for the trail at the moment, although no one forces anyone to keep up,all in all we are a pretty social group. Also we will soon have our own jersey design so spotting us out there will be even more easy!!!!!!!!! so if anyone is interested drop me a line and I will pass the info on
