Recycling old tires, tubes, and wheels
I've got a few old tires, a bunch of tubes, and now a broken wheel all laying around in my junk pile. None of them are of any use anymore, so I would like to get rid of them. The question is, can I recycle them? By that, I mean put them out with the recycling. The tubes are, mostly, slime tubes. Will this make any difference? A couple of the tires have Kevlar beads or belts. Will this make any difference?

I would bet that you can't recycle the slime tubes. If you can recycle the tyres, I would not think that Kevlar beads or belts would make a difference. It could be that your refuse company may differ in their standards, too.
I've got Waste Management currently, and I don't think they have any allowance for recycling of rubber/rubber products.
