Spokane Spokefest

I'm sure one of you has ridden the course before. What is it like? My recent long ride (I'm calling it 15 -16 miles) was from Charles Rd. to Government Way. You know that nice lever Centennial trail on the west end. I drove to the Centennial trail because I wanted a level route, should have checked a map first. Anyways, I hope to have in some more longer rides by then. I may try to ride some of the route for a ride before hand.

If you've ridden from Charles Rd to Government Way, you've ridden on some of the hilliest section of the course. The 21 mile course has rolling hills, a few of them fairly steep. No "major" climbs, and most of the roads are bike friendly with little traffic. You shouldn't need any special preparation other than what you've already done.
