I'm hoping that someone out there can direct me to an option for replacing a (lost) rear skewer for the Cyclops Fluid trainer... any assistance would be greatly appreciated... falling out of shape fast!!!
Try sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org , which is the customer service link for Saris, the parent company for CycleOps. Recently, the yellow handle on my Fluid Trainer broke. I went through the website (www.Saris.com) and found the link for Customer Service that I have listed above. I took a couple of digital photos of the broken part and put that in the e-mail. A week later, the part showed up, no questions asked. I think they treated me very well, and quickly. They did a great job standing behind their product.
