City of Bellevue is requesting feedback on new bike rack locations

    http://www.bellevuewa.gov/bike-rack-locations.htm

The city of Bellevue, WA is looking for suggestions on where to put 25 new bike racks. The deadline for comments is May 15th.
I leave *at least* 3 feet when I pass a cyclist while driving my bus, can you all extend the same courtesy to buses that you pass while cycling? Trust me when I say that this is a good idea...

What for? Isn't there enough construction fencing pretty much anywhere in Bellevue to lock up to?

Now, now... Construction fencing is fine for your average bike, but we Bellevueites need something more substantial than construction fencing to tie our $2000 electric bikes or $5000 carbon fiber bikes to.

    From the article:

"It's like buying an expensive sports car," lawyer George Schreck said of his $10,000-plus handmade Calfee Dragonfly road racer. "You don't need it. ... It's a toy."

That guy doesn't deserve to have such a fine bicycle.
