I have rode a handful of 90+ rides but never hit the big 100 before..

Wow, nice job! You sure didn't pick a flat route for your first century. Over 1.5 miles of elevation gain over 100 miles is an awesome achievement. Congratulations!
Outstanding! The last 1/3 of your route is far from easy. A friend and I use the Newcastle Golf Course Road and Lakemont as training rides, but never near the end of a century. I'd say you're ready for just about anything the area can throw at you.
thanks a lot for the encouragement! Lakemont and six penny lane are the most exciting parts of that ride (besides I-90)! After you climb lakemont you go 40+ mph down the backside to the golf course, then you climb up to the top of the course and you get that amazing view! win win if you ask me!
Looking forward to stp!
