Just deal with it - pull out your rain bike, waterproof gear and just ride. This is the NW.

I don't understand all the complaining. We've had almost a month of great weather, the rain was bound too make an appearance sooner or later.

Dear Whiners,

Put on your big girl panties and quit crying. It's just rain; you're not going to melt.

Yep it rains here even in the summer. we tend to forget that most years we don't get any really warm sunny and dry weather until after the 4th of July. At least its not dark at 4:00 in the afternoon

It's my fault - I was just telling someone last week I missed riding in the rain.

Brought my Race Blades with me to ride the Native Planet Classic tomorrow - it's going to be 39 degrees on Washington Pass by time I get there. I'm hauling about 10 pounds of rain gear with me up and over the North Cascades so it *better* rain.

It was 60 degrees and still light out as I rode home from work in a little rain this evening. Let's compare that to January. What's the big deal?

Still don't know how you ride in the rain. I am such a wuss when it comes to riding if there is a chance of precip. On the flip side, we have a string of 95+ days coming up next week, so the long rides will have to start early. We are signed up for STP and I hope it is at least 85. That will feel really good.

We all have the ultimate waterproof covering. It's called skin and it dries easily.

85 for STP? Let's hope it's closer to 75...

From the pictures, it looks like there was actually sun in Fremont, not so in Brooklyn.

Well, we got pretty good weather for the ride today actually. A little wet on the ground from an earlier rain on the east side, but all in all a great day. We had a blast!

I did the Livestrong ride today and it was great. It did not get hot, maybe a little on the cool side. One the way home it was just coming down. It seemed like the weather held out just for the ride. At one point in the ride, the sun came out and I had to take off my arm warmers, but I still left on my vest.

I did Livestrong too. Other than the hail down near Renton, Mother Nature was mostly cooperative.
