Webtrends and bike taxes

They posted on the side of Max trains around Portland the thought of taxing bikes and after a very short while later a swift no was the majority of the reciprocations.( You rock Portland) Yet some would take away the very thing that they could do free all their lives and put it onto the next generations - our kids today getting pleasantly plump. Working people every where need any tool that they can get to make money so they don't lose what they have.

Like the bumper stickers say "Keep Portland Weird". I understand very little about how Portland works.

Nothing personal, but each successive visit to the Rose City for me, is worse than the last. In fairness it'd probably help if I didn't wear a Sounders FC jersey.
