Anyone know what these rides are?
I was riding in the Snoqalmie Valley, then up Woodinville-Duval Rd towards Woodinville, and saw painted markers for "CEF" and "CW". Ok, I found CEF - Chris Elliott Fund (CEF) for Glioblastoma Brain Cancer Research, but what about CW?

I've seen a few of the CW marks. They might be from the Cottage Lake/Woodinville triathlon.
Seeing what the CEF marks are, I'm confused by them. Don't they have an apple stencilled under the lettering?

I did see some apple markers; not sure if they were connected with CEF.
