My sister, my son and I will be riding the 65 mile route tomorrow as a training ride for STP. How many others from here are riding?

It was a fun ride even though the weather was a bit on the cold side. The climbs were a bit steeper than I expected. For Clif bar being a sponsor I would have thought there would be Clif bars at rest stops. The day was filled with other cyclists with good manners which was refreshing and encouraging. Perhaps we as a society are not doomed. Even though there were several thousand riders at no time did I feel crowded. I can not think of a better way to spend a day than to do a ride like this. I'm putting the 100 mile ride on my list for next year.
