route help

Hi All, My son is starting a summer job this week and he would like to use both public transit(Link light rail) and his bike. He is working in Tukwila (1127 Andover Park West). Did google maps and they are saying for him to get off at the Sea Tac light rail station. My questions is by looking at the attached directions, can anybody that is familiar with the area tell me how these streets are (Bike Lanes?). Any input would be great. Thanks
SeaTac Light Rail Station
17580 International Blvd
SeaTac, WA 98188

1. Head south on International Blvd toward S 176th St
Walk your bicycle

125 ft
2. Turn left onto S 176th St

1.0 mi
3. Continue onto S 178th St

0.8 mi
4. Continue onto S 180th St

0.3 mi
5. Turn left onto Andover Park W
Destination will be on the left

0.2 mi

I don't know that area, but you can check out the streets yourself with Streetview on Google Maps. I use it all the time to check out new routes in advance. Another good option is to plug the route into MapMyRide and look for streets in that area that are marked in green, which represent heavily cycled routes.

I'm not local, but I often stay in that area when I visit Seattle. Can he take Sounder? In that area I look for reasons to ride the Green River Trail, which would get him right to work from the Sounder station in Tukwilla.

IIRC 180th is a very steep hill between Southcenter parkway and I-5. Map my Ride would be a good thing to check.
