This was my best finish in a GT since I started playing a couple of years ago. I had no chance of catching the top 2 teams, as they were really lights out. Nice job.
My team did well. Talansky was my pleasant surprise. TJ and Farrar were my 2 disappointments. I think TJ will have to think long and hard which direction he takes from here and Farrar seems to be the road captain these days, not the stage contester he once was. Valverde is just such a solid rider, and I think he will go down as one of the greats of the sport. Nice ride by Quintana, my winner. Would have been nice to see Froome double though.

Giacomo 1's signature reminds me:
"You never know what you're doing, you just get luckier and score more points."
-- Greg LeMond, on Velogames
It seems the less thought I put into it, the better I do. This time, the little bit of thinking I did, thought me out of Quintana and Meersman. So I'll be doing no thinking at all for the Giro.
