Oxygen atoms absorb the higher frequency blue light more readily than lower frequency light including red, yellow, green. As this absorbed light is later released-it is radiated as blue light in a multitude of directions giving disparate point sources of scatterred blue re-radiated light. How come some racers are allowed to use motorcycles while others have to pedal?

It seems like a lot of the towns/stages/landmarks, etc have been named after popular bikes/bike equipment. Why did the Tour organizers copy the names from bike manufacturers?

To match the Discovery Team jerseys. The Only Lance Network (OLN) requested God make the sky blue so that it will mask out the Discovery team members who ride with Lance so that you get the effect that Lance is all by himself in that Yellow Jersey.
