OK, I know this jersey doesn't exist, but in my estimation

2003 - Tyler Hamilton (comes in 4th with a broken collar bone)
2004 - Thomas Voeckler (rides way over his head for 10 days in malliot jaune)
2005 - Mickael Rasmussen (keeps the big boys honest until bitter end with NO support)

All other nominees are welcome

I think Pereiro should also be considered for 2005.

And Vino, while not always the sharpest knife in terms of GC maneuvering, certainly tried to make things interesting- but some people would attribute that to cashmoney covetuousness rather than heart.

Those would be my picks.
How about 2002? Jalabert?

I'd give Vino and Pereiro some definite consideration. They both let it hang out big time.

As for Ja-Ja in 2002 I'm OK with that.
