The Tyler feature on OLN Fri.
Didn't pay any attention to all the doping talk....
Two observations:
1. Could that guys eyes be any more blue?
2. Haven looked HOT!

...too bad all of the circumstantial evidence is so overwhelming. I tried to believe Tyler for a long time, but it just keeps getting deeper for him. Now I wish he'd taken the David Millar route of mea culpa. If he had, Tyler would be gearing up for a return this fall.

Yeah, CyLowe, I realize that now!
I never really saw her before today.
I too wanted so badly to believe in him, after the whole collar bone thing....but alas.
I fear the same thing happening with my Italian boy toy Basso now too.
But who needs them now anyway?
I've got Floyd "I'm getting a hip replacement like Hipcycler" Landis to cheer for now.

I'm really disappointed in Tyler also. I too, really tried to believe him, even that thing about the two kinds of blood cells being produced by one body.
Imagine looking her in the eye and seeing the hurt. Too bad he didn't think of that first.

She's hot
Hearing him still denying everything pissed me off ... what a tool, I guess he thinks we are all dumbasses. Plus the whole OLN crew basically ducked the whole issue and didn't say anything about him at all. *******

I watched a few minutes of the interview. It was not interesting to me.
Haven sat closest to the interviewer and did most of the talking. Tyler did not say much and when he did it sounded rehearsed and scripted. He did not talk with conviction but came across as insincere.
Some of the things they said were insulting to the viewer. Like saying (paraphrasing) "it took us two years to understand the mechanics of doping." As if to say Tyler was ignorant of what he was doing and being led along. Trying to make the case that Tyler is a cyclists and not a chemists therefore, he was not fully aware of what he was doing.
The interviewer did not ask the obvious questions so as to expose the holes in their weak defense.
At least Haven was trying to stand up for her guy.
Anyway, the segment went on this way and I stopped watching it.

Most glaringly absent was any mention at all of Operacion Puerto--Even if the UCI doesn't force a suspension, I think old Tyler is going to have a hard time finding a job. At least I hope so...

I mean, I guess if I ever had a doping manager, I'd want her to look like that too...
The dynamic between Tyler and Haven is weird. I can almost hear the pre-interview conversation--"OK, Tyler, just keep your mouth shut and I'll answer the questions. Go put the syringes away."

Her involvement reeked of being a PR move meant to garner sympathy. It reminded me of the proverbial supportive politician's wife after the guy has been accused of fooling around. You know she's secretly pissed as hell and believes the rumors but puts on the happy act because she knows that playing the "we're defending this together" role is better for her livelihood.

She had that underlying tone of "im so sick of having too keep this BS up" in her attitude.
