    Matthias Kessler photo request

Would anyone know where I could locate a web photo of Kessler's post- crash helmet with the rocks in the vents? In advance, thanks. Joe

Hello. Anyone? I've even checked the OLN gallery. Has anyone seen a photo of Kessler's rock-jammed helmet?

I *think* there might be a photo on cyclingnews.com, if you remember what stage it occured, you could have a look under the report for that particular stage.

It was stage 14, and I've just had a look at cyclingnews.com and it looks like they don't have any photos of Kessler from that day.

i have a lot of respect for that guy. he wouldn't be denied a stage win and no one would have blamed him if he rolled over and called it a day after hurling over the barrier, arse over tea kettle.

Hahah, I was just thinking about this yesterday. Gravel in the helmet is the best!

I jammed some rocks in my Specialized S1. It's the cool new look.

Yep, thanks for the photo link. In my humble opinion, the man deserves a cult. What an endover to survive, much less continue! Now that's inspirational! I join the cult. Thanks, meb
