Another one bites the .....
You know I have watched the Tour for a few years....I am not an expert by ANY means but I don't ever recall there being so many crashes....it seems to be rivaling the UFC...LOL
So...could it have to do with the young peloton? Is it nerves because everything is so open?
Thoughts?

This has happened in the Tour before, see 2003, and will happen again. In '03, every rider crashed at least once, even Lance Armstrong, and a crash cost Jan Ullrich his best shot since '97. Every few years or so they just have a wreck fest of a Tour. Same thing happens in auto racing too.
