Who's crazier The TDF Riders or Fans

Who's more nuts? The race fans who can't English or the overdoped athletes that go around France racing & not washing thier shorts?

Is that the fans who can't speak English? Got news for you, the race is in France and the vast majority of the contenders are not from English speaking countries. No wonder the French are not so thrilled about American tourists (the kind that are not riding the Tour).
