UCI "no" on Paris-Nice dry run for anti-TdF position

My opinion:
This years "shunning" of the ASO-owned Paris-Nice by the UCI is but a practice run at a planned "shunning" of the 2008 TdF.

Discuss.

Hell, why not. It'll be an epic pissing contest. Until ASO decides to deal with the teams in a consistent manner, instead of with an obvious bias, they deserve no respect from the UCI, the ProTour teams, or anyone else. Let their races wither on the vine for a while.

Just another episode in "As The Stomach Turns" world of pro cycling. The whole thing has turned into a joke - the sad part is that the joke seems to be on the fans.
