Do you think Columbia might send Hincapie on a break? If he can get over that cat 1 with the leaders he might have a chance to grab another stage victory.

I could see perhaps David Millar or Ryder Hesjedal in a break, getting over the category 1 climb and winning.

Breakaway stage, could be anyone outside the top 20, except of course Wim Vansevenant

How about Cyril Dessel.

I think Valverde will begin to claw his way back on this stage.

EDIT: into the top 10 and the crash and burn on Stage 16 into oblivion.

Hincapie will vs Millar for the stage?

As long as there is bike racing on TV it's never boring. Putting on my sunglasses now, this silver lining on my cloud is blinding me.

Agreed. The only thing that could have changed that would be Periero getting further out closer to the finish. I think the peloton has learned its lesson about letting him out too far.

True.

Arvesen himself just about blew it, which would have been a shame. Some of those accelerations he was putting in were nuts.
