Phil & Paul Time Trial Bingo

I'm having folks over Saturday morning for Breakfast at the Tour, to watch the time trial. I would like to put together a game of Phil & Paul Time Trial Bingo, so I need about 25 to 30 Phil-and-Paulisms that are appropriate for a time trial. Suggestions?

So far:
Suitcase of courage
Beast of a man
He must not panic at a time like this
Tapping out a rhythm
Around about
Road furniture
He's all over the machine
In a spot of bother
Dare I say it
Dancing on the pedals
On the rivet
Look at his face
Legs must be screaming

EDIT:
Added from replies:
Big diesel engine
Grippy
Going a bit pear-shaped
Ride of his life
Lost his bottle
Completely and utterly
Massive gear
Weight of the yellow jersey
Raising/turning a pedal in anger
Cat amongst the pigeons
Violent effort
Before the storm
Skin of his shorts
Little (name) [ex: Sammy Dumoulin, Damiano Cunego]
Big (name) [ex: George Hincapie, Jens Voigt]

"Is that Stephen Roche? It is Stephen Roche!"

That should be an automatic win.
