It is moving to April. My understanding is that it will still be three weeks.

I don't like this move. Too much racing going on in April.

Apparently UCI ProTour manager Alain Rumpf agrees with you. Cycling News article.

It's good that they're leaving it as is. The season would be too short and the Vuelta wouldn't be a real grand tour.

I can't see them changing the dates again. The reasons why they moved it in '95 still stand today.
