He's had a tough time recovering from last years crash. He's also had bad asthma and allergy problems.

And finally he's without a team.

That crash from last year was probably career ending.
Someone on RBR called it well last year.
He said he is still having nightmares, didn't he? That is rough.

I recall reading somewhere that Beloki had a close encounter with a car during a training ride (he was trying to get ready for the TdF).

Thanks. I have missed that. Beloki will probably have a hard time finding a new team, especially if he insists on being the No.1 rider on the roster.
