Start time for GC contenders in stage 16

Can anyone hazard a guess as to when the top 5 GC contenders would leave the start gate for the Alp d' Huez time trial? US times please (I'm CST if you can be that exact). I may try to dash home to watch it live for a change.

The official site will have start times for all of the riders.
