gilbert verdict with no evans

okay so gilbert has said the team will have more of a classics focus:

http://www.velonews.com/article/9981...lbert-says-now

the question is, will they be able to rival quick step in 2010? remember, they had a crappy start to 09 and evans and gilbert saved face with the sponsors at the end of the year.

I think the big news from that article is that Gilbert says that they don;t have a grand tour team without Evans. I happened to write about it here... http://polkadotvelo.wordpress.com/

Selfless promotion, I know...

Anyway, if one rider means your whole grand tour team is caput... doesn't mean you had much when he was there...
