A flying pig gets struck by lightning and crashes down into the peloton causing catastrophe for everyone but Lance, who rides away to take back his 40 minutes and the yellow.

Andy and Alberto will mark each other fiercely, riding in the small ring doing trackstands and look-backs all afternoon, missing the cut-off and being picked up by the broom wagon.

Oh, and Jens takes the pig to the vet and then catches back up to drag everyone to the finish at 60kph

I'll guess Cavendish first, Ale-jet Second, Dean third and Thor about sixth or seventh.

Ciolek 3rd, Rojas 4th, Dean 5th (I don't think Boassen Hagen will have legs after today), Thor 6th.

Dean and Rojas might be reversed.

You can mark it down. I've been wrong almost every time so far this Tour.

Anyone listening on versus on line right now 910 am EST? There's a French announcer in the background banging away on an accordion or something and having a good time. He sounds pretty happy. Kinda of funny how they fit all those announcers into the same press box. They all seem to get along pretty well, although I'm sure there are some stories.

I'm sure the excellent French wine has something to do with it

Say what you like about Cavendish, he's the best there is at what he does. And he's going to keep getting better for a year or two...

Big win by Cavendish, and with barely a train to speak of. Very impressive. It wasn't even remotely close.

Seriously, he made that one look like he wasn't even trying. He completely destroyed the field on that one.

Let's not forget that he currently has Bronchitis and was considering abandoning before the stage.

We were both wrong. I was less wrong than you though. Cavendish is clearly faster than any of the sprinters left.
