Where to watch Tour de France in San Mateo/Burlingame/SF?

I posted this question in the Northern Cal forum but have not gotten any replies, so I'll ask you guys:

I don't have a TV and have been enjoying the Tour de France from my local bike store here in Portland, where there are multiple places to watch the Tour: bike stores, cafes, brewpubs, etc. I think I'm spoiled: one cafe is even showing it live--opening up at an ungodly hour. Of course, the owner is a bike lover who has even painted his building Bianchi Celeste :-)
I'm going to be visiting family in San Mateo/Burlingame, SF this weekend and I don't think anyone gets Versus. I'm also not going to have reliable internet access.

I would LOVE to find a cafe or someplace to watch the Alps stages, preferably in Burlingame near Burlingame Ave). Do you guys know of any places that are broadcasting?

Thanks!
Amy

I don't think the Tour is scheduled to pass through there this year.
