What gearing are TdF riders using?

Looks like Schleck has a 11-23 cassette and 39/53 up front on the Tourmalet...I may be wrong too.

I imagine that the cassette gets changed depending on what each days stage looks like.

Amazing how they can spin 90rpm using a 11/23 cassette!
