Frank Schleck's kit?

Random question here but does anyone know what kit F. Schleck was wearing in the prologue of the Tour de Suisse?

http://www.cyclingnews.com/races/75t.../photos/177372

It is not a national champs kit. Since it is just the prologue it is obviously not a leaders jersey, and it really prominently displays the advertiser Wurth (who as far as I can tell is not a team leopard-trek sponsor).

What gives?

Yellow jersey as he won the stage race last year. TdeSuisse carried it over. Cancellara will be wearing that jersey tomorrow.

Thanks!

I must say I have never heard of/noticed that before. Do a lot of races do that?
