Watching the TDF on PC with a Cellular connection

Wondering if anyone else is having any luck watching the tour on Versus/NBC using their PC and a 3G cellular connection? This is the only thing available to us for the rest of the tour.

NBC's website says it is broadcast in HD and I doubt that the connection would support that. Sent an email to them prior to the beginning of the tour and got no response.

I can get 6MB connection from my 3G connection, surely that's enough to stream the TdF
