2011 Vuelta Stage 11
It's after a rest day and Stage 12 isn't hard, so hopefully there will be action on that final climb.

Profile of the final climb can be found here
The last 8km or so looks difficult. 11km to 10km to go averages 10% so may be good to keep a close eye on things in that moment.

This is going to be a good race if Purito keeps attacking like that.
I don't see why Sky used up Froome so early.

Terrific stuff from Froome and Wiggins over the last three stages. They must be concerned about the rest of their team, though. Lovquist should be their principal supporter and he has done nothing, and the rest look pretty ineffectual too. It's asking a lot to expect Froome and Wiggins to carry the load alone for the whole tour. Nibali still just the favourite, for me.

I mostly feel bad for Froome. I see why Sky did what they did (Wiggins has a better track record), but for Froome to kick ass in the TT, get the red, and be put on the front as a super domestique one stage later just seemed cold. Let's hope Wiggins can prove he deserved it on Angliru.
