    Agreed. So the guy trains and races with his team for the majority of his "ban". The governing bodies have more shame than the athletes who break the rules.

    plus he drew a salary and sponsorship deals that I highly doubt will be refunded.

    the back-dated suspension is a concillatory move for sure.
