Is this a joke?

https://www.theonion.com/articles/ant...e-franc,27331/

I am sure it is just a joke, but with the way they handle things like this, I wouldn't be too surprised if it wasn't.

I can tell it's a joke without even reading the article. Everything on The Onion is a joke.

They are kinda like college humor, but it's all about the news of the world. Speaking of, you should watch this until the end, or if you don't like sports other than cycling, fast forward to the end.

Wasnt this posted here already by someone else? It was from one of the doping agency's I think.

Edit: Yep, I was right, a few posts/threads down, they talk about it. So, if it's a "joke" because it's on "The Onion" site, does that make it a "joke" because one of the doping agency's posted it the same info too?

There's a whole website to make fun of people who think articles on The Onion are true

The Onion has been around since 1988 and they are not like CollegeHumor. The Onion takes a hard look at American life through satire. CollegeHumor just makes fun of it.

I used to love the onion. Smoove B was the best. After one two many site redesigns, I stopped going there however.
