Velogames - Spring Classics

Late notice, but go and pick your teams! Velogames has a great game for the spring classics again this year. I haven't done the classics league yet, so looking forward to it. Good luck everyone!

Not liking the changing of the rosters for each classics race. Makes it fairly difficult with so many different squads rotating in/out. Pretty sure I got 0 points from today's race.

I've only got so much mental energy for doing changes. I'm thinking I'll just wait until they switch to the hillier classics to make major changes.

That's what I'm planning on doing too.

I got some decent points from the last race, forgot about some of my riders. Haha. Just 4 points out of first at the moment.

Heads up guys, Gilbert and Phinney won't be riding Flanders. Velogames shows them as riding but I just read that Gilbert has a cold and Phinney's knee is bothering him so if you have either you may want to switch them out.

Yeah I just had to switch Phinney out. Ugh. They give us tons of transfers though and Ive hardly used any, so it won't be too bad I think.

Well played, folks. I've been off the board lately, just popped in to see if the league code for the Giro was up. I added late, just now, to your Spring Classics league to see where I would have fallen in there, at 847 I'd have just barely nudged in at 5th. I'm half glad I saved myself the frustration! But watch out on the corsa rosa, I'll be peaking for that one!

Is it Giro time yet?! Already picked my team... Somebody start a league, eh?

I probably would have killed it in the classics, as my favorite under-rated riders are Dani Moreno, Dan Martin, and Cancellara is a no-brainer.

Join Up. I won the TDF league last year, and I'm hoping to use the Giro to get into form.

Dan Martin isn't riding the Giro.

I know...? Try reading that again. I wonder if he will next year when they start in his/your country.
