Here come the Lance movies...

"There are now three Hollywood studios planning films about disgraced drugs cheat Lance Armstrong being stripped of his seven Tour de France victories. The latest venture is from Working Title, the UK-based production company owned by American giants Universal, who have a film rights option on the definitive Armstrong book Seven Deadly Sins, written by acclaimed Sunday Times sports journalist David Walsh, whose tireless investigative work led to the cyclist’s downfall.
Also interested in bringing the rise and fall of Armstrong to the big screen are Paramount Pictures, who have bought the rights to New York Times reporter Juliet Macur’s forthcoming publication Cycle of Lies, with Star Trek director JJ Abrams lined up for the project."

JJ Abrams! That's going to be as epic as a pro team full of chemically modified cyborgs!

So Celebrity Apprentice or Dancing With the Stars?

Or does his status as a former druggy qualify him for a Rehab type show?

Ugh, is right. I'll take Rae Dawn Chong any day, over Sheryl Crow (that's not entirely true; any woman who tells me she likes a "good beer buzz, early in the morning" is alright with me!)

Rae dawn is quite the cutie but those Sheryl Crow ankles the music vid cameras keep focusing on.....

I liked the guy's (can't remember the producer's name) "Breaking away" better than his "American Flyers" except the part where the little pit bulldog pulls the guys shoe off. I was already riding when Breaking Away came out but it motivated me alright.

This Armstrong movie doesn't really have enough facts on hand to be accurate I don't imagine.....Like how many riders were juicing in the early/mid '90s if they even cover that part. I think I'll probably miss this one.

"I think cycling is growing despite 'Breaking Away'"......George Mount
