Check out where the Toronto Star has been putting stories about the Giro:

I'm...speechless.

Give them a break. They have a hockey story to report on the pages they reserve for plane crashes and other disasters.

They have a heading for curling? And the Giro goes under amateur?

Oh well, at least they're publishing a story.

Dang, I thought U.S. reporting of things like cycling was bad.

At least our jerk sportswriters know they get paid and expect them to have medical consultants.

This morning's Globe and Mail didn't cover Tuesday's stage and doesn't list the Giro in the What's on TV list. I guess they have lost interest now that Hesjedal is out of contention.
