I think the following is true not only for Ullrich, but for Lance and all the others to -
.However, he continues to deny cheating, saying he was only keeping pace with his peers and still believes his successes were as much down to pure talent and hard work.
"Nearly everybody took performance-enhancing substances at the time. I took nothing that the others did not also take," Ullrich told the German news magazine.
"For me, cheating only starts if I gain an advantage from it. That was not the case. I just wanted to level the playing fields."

It never gets easier, you just go faster. ~ Greg LeMond
Just in time for the TDF
No real news here. They were (are) all doing it.
But clearly Lance was the biggest di@khead of them all, so getting him is all that matters. The rest we all forgive and accept.
My current stable:
1989 SLX Bottecchia (Campy Athena 11s)
1999 Cannondale F400 mountain bike
2012 Bianchi Infinito (Campy Record 11s)
2012 Colnago C59 in PR99 color scheme (Campy Record 11s)
2016 Colnago C60 in MHWH color scheme (Campy Record 11s)
To the extent there's any news here, it's Ullrich's assertion that the UCI protected Armstrong. Doesn't sound like he's got any proof of that though.
You could fall off a cliff and die.
You could get lost and die.
You could hit a tree and die.
OR YOU COULD STAY HOME AND FALL OFF THE COUCH AND DIE.
looks like Jaja was popped too
He as much as admitted it when he refused any TDF wins by DQ
