Yes, you're right. He absolutely deserves the idolization being thrown him by the SKY fan-boys, who are blind to all save their shining beacon of clean riding (snort).

I don't like Sky all that much, more a fan of the Garmin and Cannondale teams; but, I will say that Froome's performance during the whole of the tour, not just the beginning, makes me believe he was riding it clean. I really think many of the peloton were riding clean too, contador especially.

No, he deserves an objective judgement, based on facts, not suspicions.

I haven't seen anything from his performance that suggests he was doping. For the doubters here, it seems to be that anyone who wins is "obviously a doper", because you can't win without assistance. Yeah that makes sense.

I'm not a Sky fan (anything but, I hate the way Sky - as a company - have created a monopoly for sports broadcasting on TV which means we have to pay large amounts to watch sports we should get for less and so have no fondness for any team sponsored by them) and Froome is not particularly charismatic. However I admire the dignity he has when being bombarded with questions from those soured by the US postal debacle, and how he has answered them.

Both he and Brailsford were very clear last night on the matter.

I'm looking forward to he and Quintano battling in the mountains next year.

I still think Sky's team organization and execution of their game plan is head and shoulders above the other teams. If they put their focus on winning the sprints they would probably win those as well.

That's pretty much what they did with Cav last year.

Well, they didn't really focus on winning sprints, they just let him go at it. But similar idea, and they did end up giving him the perfect leadout on the Champs, unlike this year.
