Alps d'Huez

I was curious if anyone noticed during the descent, part of the route was no wider than say, a door to a bedroom or bathroom in a house? I was thinking the TDF Organizer was crazy for having that as part of the route.

You should see some of the Giro descents.

It was kinda nice. To me it reflected more of the kind of roads I'd rather ride on when the parade is over.

I am not thinking the angle of the descent. I am referring to the width of the road.

Giro is infamous for dangerous descents on narrow poorly surfaced roads.
