Yes, we did! Ha ha. But I'm feeling really good about this one. Wiggo, Millar, Kreuziger, Quintana, a few Schlecks. What can go wrong?

No problem... The TDF is the highlight of my July and the fantasy league makes it more interesting to watch even though my teams always finish toward the bottom haha. Heck if we dont get too many more players I might have a top 10 finish

Up to 17 teams!

I'm not confident on my team this year, I feel like the tour is really up in the air on how it could go. Should be an interesting year to follow!

OK, so I was done tweaking my team. Really. Done. Kaput. Solid. Feeling strong (as delusionally as any year).

Then Matthews falls of his bike, comes to the team presentation more mummified than bling'd up. Back to the drawing board. And can I just hot swap another 8 point dude, in my wildcard slot, i.e. couldn't be easier? Not only no, but HELL no. Ha ha.

OK, so three changes later, I'm done tweaking my team. Really. Done. Kaput. Solid. Feeling strong!!! Ha ha ha.

There will be a surge of team joins in the next day or two. I wouldn't be surprised to see 40 teams in the end. Someone is going to be feeling good for the first 10 days loaded up on fast men, then shoot backwards once the GC folk start to score. Horner would be a real roll of the dice but might wind up a good pick, he has recovered and come out of nowhere in the past, probably a wiser spend of 10 points than some of the French GC hopefuls. He's not on my team, I hope I don't regret that. Cav, too. I'll get into the top 40 anyway. Hat tip to Kasey Kassem.

Yes, Cav cut me deep. I was counting on Gerrans for a nice run in the first week.

Too early to tell, but Coquard might be the value find.

Looks like my sprinters gave me an early lead. We'll see if my climbers pull their weight tomorrow.

After day 1 I'm 24th out of 29. Pretty much what I expected. I should really pay attention to the riders I pick...I chose Degenkolb who, of course, is on the same team as Kittel. John should be good for points on most sprint stages since he'll finish closely behind Marcel on sprint stages...but still. I suppose John's now a better pick than Cav!

Hmm. Unfortunately I think I'm gonna have a bad tour. I made some choices based on form of previous races, but apparently these other guys just had a bag taken out or something. And with cav gone. Oompf. Gonna be rough. I'm relying on Contador to win and Sagan to get green to hopefully get me a top 10.

Guess I got lucky taking Kittel instead of Cav, but I took Gerrans as well and left out Sagan. I am "Froomeless" also, taking Contador. My one hope is for Contador to win and Valverde
finally ride a TDF without any bad luck and finish on the podium. Froome gotta be outta top 5 for me though.

I've decided that I'll be competing for the Lanterne Rouge. I should be there in the next stage or two. We'll see how today's crash affects Froome.
