20" tyres for gravel? [406]
Want to get some tyres for my daughters Bike Friday, with which she can do some hard pack off road rides.
No clue, so any suggestions would be welcome. She now rides Schwalbe Kojak slicks which are great for road, but no grip at all off road.

My son's 24" bike came with Schwalbe's blackjacks...they seem to work great for gravel, i don't think traction has been a problem for him. Just looked and apparently they are available in 20" as well and are fairly inexpensive.

My son's are something like this:
They go really smooth on the road and plenty of traction for gravel and climbing dirt.
I'd say something like that would be better (more all-around) than something with knobbies.
